Automatic Profiling Machine (SPL/C)

The SPL profiling machine has been designed to guarantee the same qualitative standards, already consolidated in the industrial profiling machines. It applies the same know-how to machines and is extremely compact in size and easy for the operators to use. To simplify the tool adjustment, the 4 HP profiling heads are adjustable (both vertically and horizontally) by manual movement and are protected by a stainless steel cover. The SPL profiling machine has a water distribution system to cool the grinding wheels complete with a 0.37 kW submerged pump, a water capacity of 200 liters per minute, and a water tank of 190L. SPL makes the production of high-quality elements possible, even in smaller spaces.
